☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰ㅤAs the client/commissioner, you are responsible for reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions shown and listed here.ㅤ
ㅤㅤ◾The commissioned work will be sent via email unless both of the artist and client agree on a different delivery method.ㅤ
◾ Until half of the agreed payment has been paid up front to me, the artist, the work will not be started.ㅤ
◾The artist is not responsible for the client's miscommunication and lack of references prior to the drawing process.ㅤ
◾I, the artist, have the right to post in progress sketches and finished commissions (with a watermark) on my social media/portfolio/etc. unless the client explicitly asks for it not to be posted beforehand.ㅤ
◾The client has the right to use the art for personal use (printing, sharing on social media, etc.) However, if desired to use the art for commercial use, you, the client, must also pay for commercial rights.ㅤ
◾The commissioned art is NOT allowed to be used in AI systems and/or NFT(s) (Non Fungible Token) in ANY way.ㅤ
◾I, the artist, have the right to decline or cancel the commission at any time. If the commission had not been completed, a refund will be issued. However, depending on the amount of time/work that has been put in already, it will be a partial refund.ㅤ
◾You, the client, agree and understand that a refund will not be issued once the commission has been completed and/or sent to you.
